All consultations booked through our website are free of charge.
Because no payment is required to schedule a consultation, no refunds apply to consultations.

 

Estimates & Quotes

• After the consultation, we provide a project estimate or quote based on the scope of work discussed.

• Estimates are not binding until accepted by the customer.

• No payment is required until terms are agreed upon.

Payments & Refunds

Once a project has been approved and work has begun:

• All sales are final

• No refunds are provided for labor, materials, or completed work

• Payments made cover time, labor, materials, and project preparation

Project Changes

If a customer requests changes to the original scope of work:

• Adjustments will be discussed and approved before proceeding

• Additional costs may apply

• Changes do not qualify for refunds of completed work

Cancellations

• Customers may cancel a project before work begins by notifying us as soon as possible

• Any cancellation terms or deposits (if applicable) will be discussed prior to project start
